DINNO is a desktop tool designed by the EVALfor Research Group to provide a framework for university tutors to take key decisions about planning and implementing innovations in their assessments. It helps tutors develop a Personal Action Plan for Innovation in Assessment.

According to the latest research undertaken within the Higher Education context and the results of various national and international research projects (Re-Evalúa, Viewpoints, PROALeval, PEER y Assessment 2020), there are three key challenges:

For each of these challenges (Student Involvement, Feedforward and High Quality Assessment Tasks) various statements of intent and actions have been proposed which tutors can use to design their own Personal Action Plan for Innovation in Assessment.

Aim:

The aim is for tutors to have a Personal Action Plan for Innovation in Assessment which incorporates specific actions that, according to research within Higher Education, will lead to real improvements in students’ learning.
